This policy explains what information FDS Pools (Florida Diamond Services LLC, “we”) collects through fdspools.com, by phone and by text message, and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), project type, message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Chat on this website: the messages you type and any contact details you choose to share. The chat is answered by Jennifer, a virtual assistant (AI). It keeps a session identifier in your browser’s session storage and does not use cookies.
- Phone calls: your phone number and the reason for your call. If we can’t pick up, Jennifer, our virtual assistant, may answer and take a message. Those calls are transcribed so we can follow up; the audio is not stored.
- Text messages: your phone number and the messages you send us. If a call to us ends before we can talk, we may send you one text message so we can follow up.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request data such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, visit your property, prepare a quote and do the work you hire us for.
- To schedule appointments and send you the text messages you agreed to receive.
- To keep the business records we need and to protect our website from spam and abuse.
Text messages (SMS)
Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Messages are about your pool service, appointments and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business: website hosting, email delivery, and the customer-communication platform that powers our chat, phone answering and text messages. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business and legal records. Transcripts of calls answered by our virtual assistant, and the personal details in them, are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to info@floridadiamondservices.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.

Qué información recogemos
- Formulario de contacto: tu nombre, correo, teléfono (opcional), tipo de proyecto, mensaje y si aceptaste recibir mensajes de texto.
- Chat de esta web: los mensajes que escribes y los datos de contacto que decidas darnos. El chat lo atiende Jennifer, una asistente virtual (IA). Guarda un identificador de sesión en el almacenamiento de sesión de tu navegador y no usa cookies.
- Llamadas: tu número y el motivo de tu llamada. Si no podemos contestar, puede atenderte Jennifer, nuestra asistente virtual, y tomar un mensaje. Esas llamadas se transcriben para poder darte seguimiento; el audio no se guarda.
- Mensajes de texto: tu número y los mensajes que nos envías. Si una llamada termina antes de que podamos hablar, podemos enviarte un mensaje de texto para darte seguimiento.
- Datos técnicos: como en cualquier web, nuestro proveedor de hosting recibe datos estándar de cada visita, como tu dirección IP y tu navegador. No usamos cookies de publicidad ni de analítica.
Para qué la usamos
- Para responder a tu consulta, visitar tu propiedad, preparar un presupuesto y hacer el trabajo que nos encargues.
- Para agendar citas y enviarte los mensajes de texto que aceptaste recibir.
- Para llevar los registros que necesita el negocio y proteger la web del spam y el abuso.
Mensajes de texto (SMS)
Aceptar mensajes de texto es opcional y no es condición para ninguna compra. Los mensajes tratan sobre tu servicio de piscina, tus citas y tu cuenta. La frecuencia varía. Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos. Responde STOP para darte de baja en cualquier momento o HELP para recibir ayuda. Consulta los Términos de SMS.
No compartiremos información móvil con terceros ni con empresas afiliadas para fines de marketing o promoción. Los datos de suscripción y el consentimiento para recibir mensajes de texto no se compartirán con terceros.
Con quién la compartimos
Solo con los proveedores que nos ayudan a operar el negocio: el hosting de la web, el envío de correos y la plataforma de atención al cliente que hace funcionar nuestro chat, la atención telefónica y los mensajes de texto. Solo pueden usarla para prestarnos esos servicios. También podemos revelarla si la ley lo exige.
Cuánto tiempo la guardamos
Guardamos las consultas y los registros de clientes mientras los necesitemos para atenderte y para nuestros registros comerciales y legales. Las transcripciones de las llamadas que atiende nuestra asistente virtual, y los datos personales que contienen, se borran automáticamente a los 90 días.
Tus opciones
Puedes pedirnos acceder a tu información, corregirla o borrarla escribiendo a info@floridadiamondservices.com. Para dejar de recibir mensajes de texto, responde STOP.
Menores
Esta web no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recogemos su información a sabiendas.
Cambios
Si cambiamos esta política, publicaremos aquí la nueva versión con su nueva fecha.
